Annarin

They called it Annarin, "the city of perfect radiance," also known as "the city of the accursed fire." This city is religious. At first, the Order of Ten (the council that governed the city) was open to anyone who wanted to join. But then membership in the order became subject to the truth of birth. The city eventually turned into a warlike empire and began to wage wars against its neighbors.
